Like goldsmiths, the winegrowers of Cassis cultivate this vineyard, like a rare pearl, nestled between sea and cliff. These estates, most of which have been in the hands of the same families for several generations, have been relentlessly committed to the preservation of their vineyards despite the pressure of land ownership on the bay of Cassis. Always concerned with the protection of their appellation and the preservation of its environment, the winegrowers of Cassis are moving towards organic farming of their vineyards.
Their practices are also part of a sustainable development approach. In 2012, the vineyard of Cassis was integrated into the territory of the National Park of Calanques. The Cassis appellation is thus the only one in the world to have a HARMONIOUS TRIO
