Midi Apéritifs was developed by Jules Delaere, known for Mister Y Gin.
The base of this refined aperitif is a Syrah rosé wine from the south of France.
The wine is enhanced with no less than 10 vacuum distillates of Mediterranean plants such as blackcurrant, bergamot, rosemary, fennel seed, artichoke and wormwood.
Vacuum distillation is a fairly expensive and time-consuming process, but it does a much better job of preserving the flavors in the final product.
